The Custom Report Builder allows users to create reports by selecting a reporting category, searching and adding columns, and viewing matching reports. Users can choose to display only selected columns or include default ones. Reports can be named, described, and customized with column edits, filtering, and charts. Saved reports are accessible via My Info> My Reports> My Saved Reports or the Report Hub.

Using the Custom Report Builder

Navigating to the Report hub: Menu >My Info > My Reports > Report Hub

  1. From the Report Hub page, select Build Report

  2.  From the Build Report page, select the type of reporting category to begin your report with from the drop-down. The available columns will be updated based on the reporting category selected.

  3. In the Search Columns field, enter the column name to include in the report. The available columns will update under the appropriate category.

Select the columns to include in your report from the available list. The selected columns appear in the Show Reports area.  Continue searching and adding additional columns to the Show Reports area using the Search Columns field.

After adding all requested data points, select Show Reports to return a listing of matching reports and their match percentage to the columns requested.

Select a report to view, and select Continue.

  1. From the Show only selected column(s) window, select Yes to display a report that only includes your selected columns. Select No to include both selected and default columns in your report.
  1.  From the Build Report, in the Copy of [System] section, select Add description.

In the Edit report settings window, enter a Name and optional description for the report, and select Apply.

  1. The Quick actions section
  • select Add/Remove columns to edit the current columns list, and select Apply.
  • select Add filtering to enter any global or column filtering, and select Apply.
  • select Add Chart to create a chart for this report.
  • select Recommended Charts to be shown system suggested charts.

Select Save & Run to save the report view.

Please note: All reports built and saved through the Custom Report Builder are available under: My Info > My Reports > My Saved Reports, or through the Report Hub.
