Overview of ERISA 360 integration with Inova UKG.
Inova has partnered with ERISA to provide a 360 integration for retirement plan participants. The integration allows for employee scheduled retirement deductions to be updated in UKG based on employee elections from the ERISA platform. The integration will also automatically transmit employee census information and payroll amounts from UKG to ERISA.
Client must have the Retirement Plan Profile set up in UKG and attached to employees, as well as all retirement plan deductions in place. Configuration of the integration is performed by both the Inova Integration team, as well as the ERISA Account Representative.
The ERISA Account Representative will set the date to begin sending the scheduled deduction information to Inova. Updates from ERISA occur every 15 minutes.
Census and payroll information is transmitted to ERISA every weekday evening between 9:00pm and 10:00pm EST.
Requests for the ERISA Integration can be submitted to the Integrations Team by the Inova Account Manager or Implementation Specialist.
