Who sets up the integration?
Inova's Integration team sets up the integration after your account manager has mapped your chart of accounts to your ERP system.
Are there any requirements for the integration to be set up?
Yes. Your GL must be set up and mapped within Inova UKG in order to transmit the journal entries successfully. Your Account Manager can work with you on this if you need help. You will also be asked to grant access to your Sage Intacct or Acumatica system by creating a secure API user account.
When will my GL be synced from Inova UKG to Sage Intacct or Acumatica?
Your General Ledger will generally be posted later in the evening on the day you finalize payroll.
Can a draft be posted in Sage Intacct for me to edit?
Yes. We can post a draft to Sage Intacct for you to check before it is finalized.
Will my VAR (Value Added Reseller) be involved?
Yes. We would love to involve your VAR and customize the integration setup to what makes sense for both of you. If you can send an email introduction with akeller@inovapayroll.com and your contact, we can take it from there.
