The Ashby integration imports new hires and promoted employee job data from Ashby ATS into Inova UKG via API. It syncs fields such as email, phone, start date, salary, referral, and job title, along with resumes, job postings, and attached documents into the Employee Documents section of Inova UKG profiles.
Ashby Integration Overview
The Ashby integration imports newly hired candidates from the Ashby Applicant Tracking System (ATS), as well as promoted employee job information, into Inova UKG using an API-based integration.
