The article explains how to assign surveys to employees and notes that surveys cannot be edited once assigned. Employees receive a To Do item for the survey. Survey responses are viewable after the end date under Survey Answers, with anonymity options affecting displayed data. Survey Answer Statistics offers filtered reports by gender, department, and more.

Assigning A Survey

Note: Once a survey is assigned, the contents of survey cannot be edited. If adjustments need to be made, the survey will either need to be cloned, or a new survey created.

  • To assign to employees go to Menu > Team > HR > Surveys > Survey Collectors.
    • Click "Add New", select the employees that should be assigned, select the survey, enter the start and end date for the survey, then click "Assign". 

  • The employee(s) will see an item in their Bell / To Do Items:

  • To view those who have been assigned the survey, click the hyperlink in the 'Invited' column. 



Survey Answers

Once the survey has ended, the responses will be available to review. Reponses will not be available until the end date has been reached.

  • To view survey responses, go to Team > HR > Surveys > Survey Answers.
    • If the survey is still in progress, the survey will have the preview icon and cannot be selected.
    • If the survey is set to Anonymous, any columns with information specific to the employee (Employee ID, Name, Days employed, etc...) will be blank or populated with 'Unavailable.'
    • If the survey has ended, the view results icon will appear, and clicking it will take you to details about the survey:


Survey Answer Statistics

Survey Answers Statistics is a report page where you can select a survey from the global filter on the page and make further filter selections based on Gender, Department, Employee Type, etc.

  • Navigate to Team > HR > Surveys > Survey Answers Statistics
    1. Click 'All Survey Collectors'
    2. Select the survey you would like to report on. Additional filter options are available.
  • In this report, the question labels and answers are shown. If gender is defined in employee
    profiles, and you have selected to filter on a specific gender type, the Gender column will show a count based on your gender filter.
