Recent changes to the GHRR/DISA integration prevent referrals for background screenings through them. Applicant-only screenings can use HireRight, while employee or mixed screenings must go through National Crime Search. This process may change in the future.
Background Checks
There has been recent changes to the GHRR/DISA integration. At present, we do not have an alternative solution in place, and as a result, we are unable to refer clients or applicants to GHRR/DISA for background screenings.
For background screenings required solely for applicants, we can proceed using the HireRight process. However, for screenings involving employees or a combination of employees and applicants, please make sure to direct all requests to National Crime Search to order the necessary screens.
Note that this process will probably be changing in the future.
