Current Integration Includes:
- Single-Sign-On (SSO)
- Google Sheets Export: To save time, spreadsheets are seamlessly exported from Inova to Sheets without the need to convert file formats. Employees can collaborate faster, avoid legacy formats, and easily view data from any device, on their own schedule.
- Google Sheets Import: Users can prepare and collaborate on spreadsheets, and then upload directly into Inova directly in Sheets, without the need to convert or mess with file formats.
- Google Forms: User Forms to easily capture data updates from employees and import that data directly into Inova from the populated Sheet. Employees can access forms directly from an email or text link, and quickly complete needed updates on their mobile device or a desktop.
- Google Drive: HR reports, timesheet data, payroll information, and other human capital management documents in any format from Inova can be safely and securely saved to Drive, enabling easy sharing of key data anywhere, at any time, with the stakeholders who need it. Key reports are externally backed up for increased peace of mind. Any report or data export can be sent to Google Drive. Google Drive can also be used as a delivery destination for payroll customers.
- Google Drive: Upload documents from Google Drive into the application.
- Google Drive: Export all system documents to Google Drive in one action.
- Google Contacts: Employees can populate their contacts from the data stored in their Google+ account.
- Google Calendar: Customers using the Advanced Scheduler can add send work schedules to employee calendars using the posting workflow process. Employees will be able to view their schedules on their personal devices instantly after a schedule is posted.
- Google Sheets Widget: Display a Google Sheet with custom reports and/or charts/graphs directly on the dashboard. Use the provided Google script tool to pull up to 5 reports directly from the system into a Google Sheet to create your custom report and/or graph.


Steps for Inova:
To enable the Google Workspace integration, go to the Solutions Exchange and search for Google Workspace:
Click to install:
Select the security profile that should be allowed to manage this integration and click Finish Intall:
When install is done, click Go to Settings:
Enter the company's Google domain:
Set up in UKG is complete.
Steps for Client:
Steps for Client:Next, the client's Google administrator needs to install the UKG Ready app.
After they are logged into their Google admin account, go to Apps > Google Workspace Marketplace Apps > Apps List:
Next click Install App:
Search for "UKG Ready" and click the app to start the install:
