Accessing your W2

1. Navigate to: My Info > My Pay > Forms > W2

2. Click the Preview Icon  for the Tax Year

3.  On preview popup, click the Download PDF button.

Electronic Consent for W2

1. Navigate to: My Info > My Pay > Forms > W2

2. Click the Electronic Consent button:

3. The pop-up below will appear, and you’ll need to check the box that says Receive Form W2 Electronically, Save, and enter your login password.

4. Once complete the below Success Message will appear:

Withdraw from consent for Electronic W2

1. Navigate to:  My Info > My Pay > Forms > W2

2. Click the Electronic Consent button:

3. The pop-up below will appear, and you’ll see the date and time they gave consent.  To change back to a paper W2, UN-check the box that says Receive Form W2 Electronically, click Save, and enter your login password to confirm the change.

4. Once complete the below Success Message will appear:

Accessing a Corrected W2 (W2C)

A W2C is created when there is an error on a W2 that has been filed with the Social Security Admin and/or IRS.  When filing your taxes, you should include both the original W2 and the W2C.

Not all accounts have access to view their W2C.  If you need access, please contact your Company Admin to request a security profile update.

To download copies of a W2C, follow the steps outlined below:

1. Login to your account.

2. Navigate to: My Pay > Forms > W2C

3. Click the preview icon.

4. On the popup, click the Download PDF button.
