The article guides managers through completing and discussing performance reviews. It details accessing the review via the ‘My To Do Items’ tab, using four tabs for instructions, info, entry, and summary, and signing the review. Managers should download the review, meet with the employee, add a meeting note, and then send the review for the employee's e-signature. Contact HR for questions.
2. Discussing the Review with the Employee

1. Completing the Review
Go to the ‘My To Do Items’ tab by selecting the bell icon
and select 'Review'
There are 4 tabs within the performance review.
Instructions: Provides instructions for the employee and/or manager to complete the review.
Info: Gives the details of the Performance Review - the review reason, review period, etc.
Entry: Where review ratings and comments are entered.
Summary: Shows the summary of the review. On this tab, click 'Sign As Reviewer'
to sign the review.
If you would like to upload supporting documents, click the paper clip
icon.
If you would like to add additional notes, click the Note
icon.
Once complete, select 'Save,' then 'Submit'
2. Discussing the Review with the Employee
After completing the Performance Review, Managers need to schedule a meeting with the Employee to discuss the Performance Review. Before this meeting, please download a copy of the Performance Review.
Go to Team > Talent > Performance > Performance Reviews, then click the 'View Performance Review' button
to view the Performance Review. Click the ellipses (…), then Download.
Once you have completed this meeting and are ready to release the Performance Review to the Employee for signature, go to the ‘My To Do Items’ tab by selecting the bell icon
.
On the 'Collect Note' item, leave a 'Comment' to document that the communication has taken place.
Select 'Add Note' to move onto the next step of the workflow.
