This article explains how to log into a holding company as an admin or employee. Admins use a company-specific URL, enter credentials, and access the admin dashboard via the "View Employees" and "Login As" icons. Employees follow similar steps but have limited access based on their Security Profile. Navigation is via Start Widget links or the hamburger menu.
Logging In To Holding Company
You can log into your holding company as either an admin or an employee
Logging In As Admin
- Go to the company's custom URL, e.g., https://yourpayrollhr.com/ta/COMPANYCODE.login
- This is company-specific. Your Account Manager will provide you with this URL.
- Enter your Username and Password
- If this is your first time logging in, create a new password and complete the two-factor authentication.
- Select the View Employees icon
next to the company you want to log into
- Click the Login As icon
next to the name in the list. This will open a new tab in your browser; you'll be on your landing page (Dashboard).
- Navigate using either your Start Widget links or the hamburger menu icon
in the top left for the full menu.
Logging In As Employee
- Follow steps 1-3 above.
- Click the Login As icon
next to the employee's name you would like to log in as. This will open a new tab in your browser for that employee's dashboard homepage
- Use the filters along the top to search for an employee by First Name, Last Name, Security Profile, etc
- This will open a new tab in your browser.

- Navigate using either the Start Widget links or the hamburger menu icon
in the top left
Please note: There will only be limited access based on the employee's assigned Security Profile. You will not have the same access as your administrative login.
