Have the employee place their finger on the sensor on top of the clock. Repeat for all three
boxes.

The screen will display a quality score.

The results screens vary, depending on the enrollment score. This table explains how to handle
each type of score:

  • Good Enrollment - No action needed. After a few seconds, the confirmation screen
closes and you can move to any next steps. You may also tap the screen to move to the
    next step.
  • Fair Enrollment - Do one of the following:
    • Tap Retry: Re-scan the same finger and try to achieve a Good enrollment.
    • Tap Change Finger: Select a different finger to scan.
    • Tap Accept Best: If you have tried enrolling each finger without achieving a Good
enrollment, tap Accept Best and then go to Confirm finger scan.
  • Poor Enrollment - Do one of the following:
    • Tap Retry: Re-scan the same finger and try to achieve a Good enrollment.
    • Tap Change Finger: Select a different finger to scan.
    • Tap Accept Best: If you have tried enrolling each finger without achieving a Good
enrollment, tap Accept Best. If you accept a Poor enrollment, you can use only
biometric verification or biometric identification with badge ID at the timeclock.
This means that you must first enter a badge ID before scanning the finger that
you enrolled. Go to Confirm finger scan.
