UKG TLM Restrict Employees From Submitting Timesheets With Incomplete Time Entries

To add a timesheet rule to warn or prevent incomplete submissions, navigate to Settings Profiles/Policies Timesheets, edit the profile, view/edit rules, add a rule, select "Incomplete Timesheet" in 'On Submit,' configure it as Warning or Error, then save.

To add a timesheet rule to warn or prevent employees from submitting incomplete timesheets

  1. Navigate to Settings > Profiles/Policies > Timesheets
  2. Click the pencil to view/edit the applicable timesheet profile

  3. Click View/Edit Rules

  4. Click Add Rule

  5. In the 'On Submit' section, choose Incomplete Timesheet

  6. Click the pencil beside the new rule to configure
    • Warning: will let the employee know that their timesheet is incomplete, but allow them to submit 
    • Error: will prevent the employee from submitting an incomplete timesheet
  7. Click Save
