This guide explains how to maintain and approve employee timesheets through various methods: using My To Do Items, from the Employee Timesheet, or bulk approval from the Timesheet List. It details navigation paths, approval steps, and optional comments. Managers can approve timesheets before the pay period ends, but this blocks further punches for the employee.

FAQ's
Q: Can timesheets be approved before the end of the pay period?
A: Timesheets can be approved by the manager before the pay period has ended. However, this will block any further punches. If the employee attempts to punch in after the timesheet has been approved, they will receive an error, “You do not have permission to punch”.
