To allocate time entries to a different Department on your timesheet, go to My Time > Timesheet > Current Timesheet. Select the Department dropdown, choose from recent or browse available Departments, select the correct one, then click 'Close' and 'Save'.


  1. Go to My Time > Timesheet > Current Timesheet

Please Note: Timesheet view and available options depend on company configuration. If the field is greyed out and not 'editable', you will need to speak with your company admin.

   2. On the timesheet, you can select a different Department to allocate your time entries to by selecting the dropdown beneath the Department, Location, or Cost Center field

  • By default, the last used Department(s) will appear in the list, or you can select Browse to choose from a list of available Departments 
  • Select the correct Department, then 'Close'.

                                   


3. On the timesheet, select 'Save'.
