Viewing the Organization Chart
Viewing the Organization Chart
The Organization Chart can be viewed by going to My Info > My Company> Organization Chart.
Selecting the Organization chart will show the user's name, their assigned Job (if using HR Jobs), and the reporting relationships between the employee.
- The names are hyperlinked, and when clicked, will change the view to just the direct report, that employee, and any subordinates the employee may have.
- Each employee with subordinates will appear with a number under their tile indicating how many subordinates they have.
- To view the organization structure of a different employee, type in the employee's name in the 'Search By Employee' box
or click the 'Browse' icon
