To access and edit your current timesheet, go to My Time > My Current Timesheet from your dashboard. Enter in and out punch times, adjust AM/PM if needed, add more entries with the plus button, select departments as necessary, and save changes. For time off edits, submit a Timesheet Change Request.
Note: Your views and permissions depend on your company's configuration. For any questions on your permissions and access to the system, please contact your Company Administrator.
- Navigate to: My Info > My Time > Timesheet > Current Timesheet.
- You will then be routed to your timesheet for the current pay period. The ‘Time Entry’ tab will contain all punches. Click on the caret dropdown next to any date to expand/collapse the entries; by default, any dates with punches will be expanded.
- The From field will be to enter your in punch, and the To field will be to enter your out punch. Key in the punch times.
- The AM/PM will update automatically, but can be clicked if necessary to flip between the two.
- To add more From/To time entries, select the plus button.
- Pull the dropdown for Department if the punches should be assigned to another Department besides your default. Click Browse if the department you are looking for is not in the dropdown.
- Once all punches are entered, scroll up to the top of the timesheet and select Save to apply the time entries to your timesheet.
NOTE: If you need to cancel or edit any Time Off hours (i.e., Vacation, Sick, etc.), submit a Timesheet Change Request to your Manager/Admin by selecting the Change Request button in the top right.
