Submitting an Overtime Request
- Navigate to: My Info > Time > Overtime > Request
- OPTIONAL: Select a Reason Code. Please note: not all companies have this list configured. If this is blank, please skip to the next step.
- Set your Request Type. This can be a specific start/end time or bulk hours.
- OPTIONAL (but Recommended): Enter a Comment with specifics.
- Click Save to submit your request to a Manager for approval.
Reviewing Pending Overtime Requests
Once submitted, you can review pending Overtime Requests by navigating to: My Info > My Tume > Overtime > Awaiting Acceptance.
Reviewing Historical Requests
Once approved or declined by a Manager, you can review all Overtime Requests by navigating to My Info > My Time > Overtime > History
